Message From Head Of The Department

The EEE department at IEM has been setting exemplary standards since its inception and is well on course to continue the tradition for years to come. Being the HOD it gives me immense pleasure to lead the department and be an integral part of its accomplishments. The department is striving hard towards the goal of providing innovative and quality education with high standard to achieve academic excellence.

We started our journey very soon in the year of 2015. We have continued to grow our expertise and competence in the core Electrical and Electronics Engineering curriculum and research. Our department has a distinguished record in both teaching and research. Our department offers science-based engineering curriculum to the students to pursue their interest. The primary focus of our curriculum is to impart technical know-how to students, promote their problem solving skills and innovation of new technologies. The course contents are periodically updated for introducing new scientific and technological developments. Undergraduate students are encouraged to undertake various research projects. Our faculty members have excellent academic credentials and are highly regarded. They maintain active interdisciplinary research and have been conferred with many prestigious awards at national and international levels.
